Food was amazing but the tall blonde hostess was so unfriendly. She gave us a nasty look when we walked in, would not greet us, or even speak to us. Not even a smile or a hello. She made us feel extremely uncomfortable. That alone would keep us from returning. The people working for your restaraunt are your representation and this was not a good one at all. There are many great steak houses in Boca that hire friendly staff. We'll take out business there
Too much salt in the delicate lobster bisque& Dover sole. Otherwise fantastic.
I love this place!! The staff is so warm and welcoming and always attentive! Especially the Ivanka trump looking girl (tall blonde) up at the hostess stand I love her she is so sweet and friendly and the maitre'd is quite charming. The food is spectacular and I always have a great time I'm here . I live in Miami and we do have great restaurants but something about chops is just so unique and luring.
We live directly across the street from Chops and often go for happy hour. Great atmosphere and we enjoy the music however, the happy hour menu prices compared to what you get is a bit less then fair. The NY for $28 could fit in our tablespoon - really? Too many great places withing walking distance that offer quality and value!
Legit. That's what Chops is... Legit... Do yourself a flavor and try the flash friend lobster, you won't regret it. The crab and lobster were first class, my lamb porterhouse was one of the best 3 lamb dishes I've had in my entire life (I'm Australian and have spent a fair amount of time in New Zealand - both places that loooove lamb). Definitely would go back... It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Great for entertaining clients.
