Paid $140 for a bumper to bumper wash and wax. First and biggest problem it ripped the paint right off my bumper. Brought this car through hundreds of car washes yet this one takes the paint off my bumper. Manager wouldn't take responsibility, wouldn't pay for damages (quoted at $300), only offer was to give me my money back on a gift card for the was that just damaged my car. Why would I go back to a place that ruined my car and then tries to call the customer a liar. Other than the missing paint the car was still dirty and it didn't look buffed or waxed. I wiped my finger on the paint and it was black. Inside was pretty good that's all I was happy with. Take your car somewhere else or wash it yourself. Not worth the hassle
I went into get my Ford Expedition detailed today which is a very large vehicle. Paolo did such an amazing job working on the truck. His attention to detail was unbelievable. I get a car wash everyday from Express and the whole team is fantastic! This was the first time I had ever had Paolo work on my vehicle and I tell you I felt like I just pulled the truck off the lot. Watching him go through his own process of detailing it was really amazing. I just can't get over his attention to detail. Thanks Paolo and thank you everyone at Express Car Wash. You all go above and beyond each and every car. It's a privilege to be a member and to get in my car everyday! You guys rock!!! Paolo your the man brother!!
Hand wax. They did not do a good job at all. Some wax resedue left on the truck. It feels like they barely used any wax at all. The finish is suppose to feel smooth and that wasn't the case. Very disappointed. I guess it depends who you get. They need more quality control. It seems some of their employers do a good job and other's don't.
12.5 wide 35 tall toyo open country fit in track and my Silverado looks so much better after Corbett thanks guys
