From a contractor point of view, Service Finance is fantastic. They are friendly and extremely quick to respond to requests. On a more important note, they take phenomenal care of our customers. We haven't had any complaints from our customers about the service. Thanks for what you do and keep it up!

❗️ Trust me I worked there and that is one of the dirtiest company to work for, they pay their employees to write awesome reviews about the company which is not correct and they’re pretty racist, specially the manager Brian kelshaw, Gina is one of the best person within the company. If you’re a customer just know that your information is not secured because at the company the employees are allowed to carry their phones on the work floor and anyone can take a pic of your social or bank account or any other information about you, don’t trust this company if you want your information to be safe and secure. ❗️❗️❗️ Racism surrounds the company all day everyday.
Very rude customer service. They have called me more than once at 7:15 am which is illegal. Our account is in my husbands name & since he is not available to deal with phone calls, he has spoke to them on more than one occasion, & told them to please discuss our account with his wife. They would not discuss with me. We have had financial difficulties & fallen behind on our payment. After 30 days past due, they have now put a lien on our home. They are very difficult to deal with. I would not recommend using them for home improvement loans. Our loan was for a Sears kitchen job. The salesmen stayed at our house until nearly midnight trying to convince us to make the purchase. We now wish we had gone with our gut instinct. Very overpriced job.
