Every single experience at Eden’s has been a great one! I’ve been going for quite some time now (few years) and I can honestly say Eden consistently has quality massage therapists. I’ve been to many other message locations world wide from Fiji, Hawaii, Vegas, to New York City, several in South FL and Eden is at the TOP of my list! You will not be dissapointed! From front desk to therapist, bo matter who I get I’m always satisfied with the experience and am always certain it will be nothing short of superb! I Love This place and so will you if you are looking for an expert, experienced message experience.
I have never left a review in my life but today I'm very disappointed. First of all - the staff is very friendly and I really enjoy the atmosphere of this small, quaint spa. However, I spent $70 (+$14 tip) on a "Lash Perm" yesterday that simply made my eyelashes look frazzled, clumpy, and bent at the ends in every direction. Yesterday I got home from my appointment and I noticed how terrible my lashes looked. I then called the spa to ask if I could come in and get them fixed or get anything done to help and they very nicely offered for me to come in first thing this morning. I got there and the same lady who did them simply took a look and said there was nothing she could do. She even asked one of the front desk ladies to come in the room to try and assure me that they looked good? The front desk lady couldn't even genuinely assure me because they really look that messed up. I now have to wait about 6 weeks for my eyelashes to go through their growth cycle because there was absolutely nothing they could do for me and I've wasted $84. They are absolutely awful and I'm so very disappointed in this Lash Perm service. I'm sure other services offered are fantastic - but this is not one of them. I have a picture I wish I could post with this. (AND there is still some weird sort of tinted black glue all along my eyelid that I can't get off.)
Eden Day Spa is THE place go and the only place I go for massages, facials, manicures, pedicures etc. They have a long list of services, are clean, knowledgeable and experienced. It is always quite a delight and is my "go to place" to pamper myself. (Well deserved and so is their rating!)
Above and beyond customer service!! A great find in Boca Raton. The services are all properly priced and the staff is incredibly friendly and inviting. A day spa that makes you feel luxurious the moment you walk in until the time you leave. Will definitely be returning!
My recent visit to the Eden Day Spa was as always a wonderful experience. The newly renovated spa was beautiful and restful. From the minute you walk in relaxation begins. Every technician I have used is professional in every regard. I have been going to Eden since it opened many years ago and never been disappointed. Would never go anywhere else.
