During some severe weather, I had an emergency with my roof. It was leaking into the attic and subsequently my guest bedroom in a torrent. On a recommendation I called Aastro and they were out the next day. All repairs were completed with a 10yr guarantee against leaks. As a bonus, the resulting price ended up being significantly cheaper than previous estimates, and it will be covered by my insurance. The staff in the main office even put up with my overly vigilant, overly frantic phone calls. Everyone from the staff on the phone to the office manager spoke to me and reassured me consistently. The estimator came out in a timely fashion to fix a roofing job that was not done correctly. They were professional, took pictures, should be what was done and how they would fix it. The have a long warranty period and charged a fair price for job. They sealed a few areas as well. It rain that night after they did the work. They came out the next week to make sure the job was sealed correctly despite the rain. Nothing but positive things to say about the job they did for me. I will call them when I need to replace my roof in 15 years! I TRUST them. I will not trust another roofer.
