Before we left the balance was paid and we were told that we would not have to pay anything else. A month later over $1k bill and 2 months later another $1k. Now dealing with their billing departments is no less than a toothache. Insurance calls them nobody is willing to help or are their to help. I was helped by a lady called Julie who was very rude and treated me like a criminal.
We went in for our son's birth. Nurses were great, room very clean and spacious and food better than I would thought, no complains.
This hospital is incredible!! The nurses and doctors in the ER and on the oncology floor took such great care of my father while he was there. Very clean and well maintained hospital. A lot of private rooms. Big cafeteria with a lot of food options as well as a Starbucks in the main lobby. Over all just a great experience with Boca Regional.
I wouldn't bring my worst enemy here. There is absolutely no compassion at all with any of the employees at this hospital. With the nurses and the aides being the worst. No matter what you ask for not only does it take an hour or more to get what you need it's served with the biggest attitude imaginable. Nasty people who obviously hate their job. If you have a choice you're better off going ANYWHERE else!
Good hospital but billing area
I absolutely love this hospital for labor & delivery/postpartum. I delivered all three of my babies at this hospital and wouldn't babe it any other way. The nurses made me feel at home and were beyond amazing. The ladies who serve the meals are so sweet! Even the cleaning staff. Such a hard working team. The only negative thing I have to say is in the postpartum section patients need to have their own bathrooms. With how attentive and friendly the staff is, their knowledge, and bedside manner outweighs any negative material things. Best hospital to give birth at! I recommend any mom's to be or additions!
